PSC600-series 300W, 400W, 600W, 800WPSC600

The PSC600 series convection cooled DC-DC Converters has a wide range of input and output combinations. The basic mechanical design is based around the Euro format 6HE 230 mm depth with two DIN 41612 H15 connectors on the back. However due to its sturdy aluminum case it can also be mounted in vehicle chassis or other type of cabinets. The basic design can accommodate two extra coolers to supply higher power or provide higher operating temperatures (e.g. EN 50155 T3). The input output can also be supplied with M6 studs or circular connectors for Military applications with high demands on EMC immunity and also up to IP64 ingression classification. Polyamp can also provide so called hot swap power systems in 6U 19”-rack units or special ruggedized cabinets for mobile applications. Very high practical MTBF and CE marked as fee standing unit. Operating temperature range -25 to +70°C.

Input voltage range: The range where we guaranty full operation, Vout +10%, Aout +5%.
Stop level: The converter works down to the stop level, the output might drop to -10% of nominal output.
Input voltage ranges that meets Railway standard EN50155/IEC60571 or other standards, can be provided on request.

Newsflash

Our Åtvidaberg plant is expanded and refurbished we also a new entrace. The reason is increased demand of our DC/DC converters and that the production of the Systems division products has also been moved to the plant. In connection with the expansion we also changed the energy system and are using heat pumps charged by the Swedish Granite ground.
